About Beauty Bus Foundation:
The Beauty Bus Foundation is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for chronically or terminally ill people and their caregivers by bringing beauty into their lives.
Beauty Bus provides in-home beauty and grooming services, free of charge, to men, women and children whose illness or condition prevents them from accessing a salon or spa.
Beauty Bus strives to empower our clients, help them maintain dignity and give them respite during difficult times. Beauty Bus is a labor of love in memory of the Founders’ sister and cousin, Melissa Marantz Nealy who passed away at the age of 28 from a degenerative neuromuscular disease. Inspired by the way Melissa lived her life and the happiness and dignity in-home beauty treatments gave her during her illness, Founders Alicia Marantz Liotta and Wendy Marantz Levine are dedicated to bringing a pampering experience, companionship and a sense of self esteem to patients and their caregivers. Through in home visits and virtual salon events Beauty Bus carries messages of hope as they carry services of beauty and grooming to those who deserve to look and feel beautiful and cared for.
